Twin Peaks v. Northern Exposure---and not in the way you think

I was reading a copyright case on Beanie Babies and stumbled upon a Twin Peaks suit which brought me to this.

A Texas-based Twin Peaks restaurant sued an Arkansas-based Northern Exposure Restaurant..for trademark infringement and unfair competition...If only the real shows were party to this suit. As someone who has seen both shows to completion, I would side with Twin Peaks. Northern Exposure has the boring version of quirkiness, and the most idiotic characters-none of whom are likeable, though I think they are meant to be. I digress.
